Hillwood homes are built in three different styles, in both one-bedroom and two-bedroom models. Top floor units have loft space, which provides additional living space.
Units above the ground floor are walk-ups. The community has no elevators.
Select units include a one-car garage, with reserved parking assigned to every unit. Ground floor units boast a fenced-in patio, and upper floor units include balconies. There are working fireplaces in every unit.
