Yes, pets are allowed and are limited to small and orderly dogs, cats, and caged birds; each resident is allowed no more than one dog or one cat, and one bird; exceptions may be granted with advance approval from the board. All pets must be registered with the board and should be inoculated according to the City of Alexandria’s requirements. When you move in, we will explain how to safely dispose of pet waste.
